William practices primarily in public and commercial law. He has a particular interest in regulatory law, judicial review, migration law, anti-discrimination law, tort and general commercial matters.

William holds a current Australian Government Baseline security clearance.

She appears, draws court documents and advises across all jurisdictions. Her experience encompasses all aspects of litigation, including interlocutory hearings, trials, appeals and mediations.

Michela practices in commercial and regulatory law.

Michela has expertise and interest in class actions, regulatory investigations and proceedings, financial services litigation, consumer and competition law and privilege disputes.

Leo practises in all areas of commercial and regulatory law.

Leo's principal experience includes corporate insolvency and restructuring, banking litigation, contractual disputes, class actions, equity and trusts, and regulatory matters.

Jeremy practices in all areas of commercial law, and has particular experience in real property, securities, corporations law, corporate and personal insolvency, and trusts.

Olivia has a broad practice with a focus on public law, commercial law (particularly technology law, telecommunications and IT), regulatory law, public inquiries and coronial inquests. 

Edward Moore practises in commercial law, with a focus on taxation and insolvency.

Edward has a broad commercial practice, with particular focus on taxation, insolvency, business partnership and contract disputes. 

Shakti practises primarily in general commercial and public law matters, with a focus on administrative law, contractual and corporations law, insolvency law, banking and finance regulation, and regulatory actions.

Ned Marlow-Weir practises in all areas of commercial law.

Ned's principal experience includes corporate insolvency and restructuring, banking litigation, bankruptcy, corporations and securities (including schemes of arrangement) and contractual disputes.

Jessica Apel practises in commercial and public law.

Jessica has been briefed to appear in proceedings in state and federal courts and the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. She has also advised on a variety of commercial law, public law and regulatory issues.

Annabelle Ballard accepts briefs to appear (led and unled) and advise in a broad range of matters. She predominantly practices in commercial law, costs, administrative law, and regulatory matters.

Dr Aaron Lane practices in all areas of commercial, public law and white-collar crime.

Aaron has internationally recognised expertise in blockchain technology and cryptocurrency. He also has a strong interest in matters involving economic or financial evidence.
