Whistleblower reporting

The Victorian Bar’s Whistleblower Policy sets out the Bar’s safe reporting mechanisms for whistleblowers in accordance with relevant whistleblower protection provisions.

The Bar encourages and supports the reporting of suspected or actual misconduct or unlawful activity within the Bar and the protection of whistleblowers from reprisal.

The Victorian Bar provides two reporting mechanisms:

  1. Secure online reporting form – click here; or

  2. Directly to the Executive Director of the Bar at ED@vicbar.com.au (members and employees of the Bar only).
