The In Conversation series is a new initiative of the Victorian Bar, that brings together members of the Bar, judiciary, legal and professional leaders, to discuss topical issues and trends that affect the operation of and access to the justice system.

Through the pandemic, the Bar has been helping to promote the research efforts of Associate Professor Genevieve Grant, Director of the Australian Centre for Justice Innovation in the Law Faculty at Monash University. She has interviewed a number of barristers and solicitors about their experiences of virtual hearings.

In this In Conversation webinar, Assoc. Prof. Grant presents her findings, and engages in discussion with a panel of distinguished guests from the profession about:
