Sam Blashki practices in commercial and public law. He has appeared in the Federal Court, Supreme Court of Victoria, Magistrates’ Court and VCAT.
Sam was previously a solicitor at the Victorian Government Solicitor’s Office, litigating and advising in relation to major infrastructure projects. Sam was also Associate to The Honourable Justice Riordan, then head of the Commercial Court in the Supreme Court of Victoria.
Sam was awarded first-class honours in his LLB at Monash University, receiving the top mark in two subjects including his placement at Springvale Monash Legal Service.
During his studies, Sam was a paralegal at King & Wood Mallesons in an insolvency litigation team, and a legal intern at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation.
Sam teaches Torts in the LLB and JD programs at Monash University.
