D’Arcy practises in commercial and public law, and has particular expertise in large scale litigation, class actions, construction and engineering, contract, insurance, torts, competition and consumer, and regulatory proceedings.
Prior to coming to the Bar, D’Arcy was a commerical litigation lawyer in King & Wood Mallesons' Dispute Resolution Group.
D’Arcy holds a Master of Laws (commercial and competition focus), Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Arts and Diploma of Mandarin. He ranked first in his cohort in multiple law subjects. D'Arcy is also a casual academic at Deakin Law School (currently involved in torts and consumer law).
D’Arcy read with Helen Tiplady and Nasos Kaskani, and his senior mentor is Robert Craig KC.
