Before coming to the Bar, Jamie was Associate to the Hon Justice Gleeson at the High Court of Australia. As a solicitor, he was a constitutional litigator (within the Australian Government Solicitor), acting mainly in High Court proceedings.
Jessica Apel practises in commercial and public law.
Jessica has been briefed to appear in proceedings in state and federal courts and the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. She has also advised on a variety of commercial law, public law and regulatory issues.
Sagorika specialises in employment law and industrial relations, having practised almost exclusively in this area since admission.
Sarah practises in commercial law and has extensive experience in complex disputes, arbitration, and litigation.
Before joining the Bar, Sarah was a senior litigator (Special Counsel) at King & Wood Mallesons.
Tom practises primarily in commercial law, with an emphasis on regulatory investigations and disputes, class actions, corporations law, financial services litigation and insolvency.
Chadwick practises primarily in public law, commercial and regulatory law, and white-collar crime. He has particular interests in regulatory investigations and inquiries, international law and anti-discrimination.
Jamie specialises in building & construction law, commercial law, insurance & professional negligence law, bankruptcy & insolvency law and public & administrative law.
Nico has a generalist practice with special focus on common law matters. In addition to common law Nico practices in commercial law and public and administrative law. He is readily available for appearance, drafting and advice work.

Before coming to the Bar, he practised as a solicitor at Allens for five years in its disputes team and was an Associate at the Federal Court of Australia to the Honourable Justice John Middleton AM.
Liz Main has broad experience in common law and commercial law, having previously worked as a judge’s associate to Judge Clayton, Judge Marks and Judge Trapnell across the common law and commercial divisions of the County Court of Victoria.
