Nicholas accepts briefs to appear and advise in a broad range of commercial and public law matters.

Glyn practises in public law and commercial law.

Huw's practice at the bar incorporates general corporate and commercial law, building and construction and international arbitration.  He appears in all jurisdictions in Australia and in domestic and international arbitrations.   He is admitted to the bar in Australia and the UK.

Ella practices in commercial and public law. 

Before coming to the bar, Ella was Associate to Justice Gordon at the High Court, Senior Associate to Justice Dixon at the Supreme Court, and a solicitor in commercial litigation at Arnold Bloch Leibler. 

Katherine practices primarily in commercial litigation, with a particular focus on corporations law matters, shareholder and directors' disputes, and corporate and individual insolvency.

Stephanie Carmela Batsakis Brenker has a broad civil practice, practising in commercial law, public law and tort.

Before coming to the Bar, Stephanie was an Associate to the Hon Justice M M Gordon AC at the High Court of Australia.

Nicholas is available to appear and advise in matters involving any area of commercial law. He has particular experience in corporations and insolvency/restructuring matters, schemes of arrangement, banking litigation and debt recovery proceedings, and class actions.

Sam practises primarily in commercial and public law. He has a broad practice with interests in corporate and commercial disputes, class actions, building and construction, property disputes, estate litigation, anti-discrimination law and human rights.
