The Victorian Bar today welcomed the appointment of 25 new Senior Counsel by the Honourable Chief Justice Anne Ferguson

The Victorian Bar welcomes the appointment of 25 of its members as Senior Counsel by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the State of Victoria, the Honourable Anne Ferguson.

It is with deep regret that the Bar Council informs members of the death last Sunday afternoon, 11 November 2018, of George Beaumont QC.  George died just short of his 75^th birthday (born 13 November 1943).

His Funeral Service is at the North Balwyn Uniting Church at 17-21 Duggan Street, North Balwyn on Tuesday 20 November at 10:30 am.
