1996 to date:
Eugene practices extensively in employment and industrial law matters and has a general administrative law practice. He has appeared in inquiries including the Royal Commission into the Building and Construction Industry and acted as an arbitrator.

Prior to coming to the Victorian Bar Fiona worked as a general nurse. Since coming to the Bar Fiona has developed a broad practice with specific focus on medical liability, professional disciplinary matters and coronial inquests.

Marie McCredie completed her articles at Maddock Lonie & Chisholm and then worked as a solicitor with Ryan Carlisle Thomas before commencing the Readers course in March 1992. She signed the Bar Roll in May 1992.
David Klempfner is an accomplished advocate with a broad practice spanning all aspects of civil litigation from pre-issue advice through to appearances on appeal.
