In his practice David deals with subjects including administrative law, award breaches, constitutional law, contracts, defamation, demarcation disputes, discrimination in employment and other equal opportunity issues, disciplinary matters, interpretation of awards and industrial agreements, secondary boycotts, Trade Practices Act and common law torts, superannuation, union rules and organisational questions, elections, unfair dismissals, and wage recovery. David also practises in the area of Refugee and Immigration law. Prior to coming to the Bar, David was the partner in charge of the Employment and Industrial Law Section of Maurice Blackburn.
