Paul Liondas has a broad commercial practice with particular experience in class actions, contract, corporate and trust disputes, directors’ duties, and corporate insolvency.For more information on Paul Liondas, and a list of recent cases in which he has appeared, please see below. 

Hamish practises in commercial law at both trial and appellate levels. Examples of cases (including links to judgments on Austlii) are available in the Cases tab.

Robert practises in occupational health and safety, environmental and other regulatory prosecutions, employment and industrial law,  criminal law, professional disciplinary proceedings and coronial inquests in all courts and tribunals.

Practises in commercial, construction corporations, trade practices, property and trusts.  Specialist practice in sports law and NFP associations (member various sporting tribunals).

Nationally Accredited Mediator. 

Paul Duggan appears mainly in the Supreme Court, the County Court and VCAT (particularly its Building & Property List and Civil Claims List) but is also available for work in the federal and interstate jurisdictions.

Tony Lang practises in commercial, administrative and local government law.

Since coming to the bar in 2000, Michael has built a successful commercial law practice as a barrister advising and appearing in numerous commercial disputes in different courts.

Whilst his acknowledged advocacy skills have been honed across diverse practice areas and jurisdictions, Geoff now practises predominantly in commercial and regulatory law.

David specialises in building and construction disputes; planning; local government; water and drainage, including claims under the Water Act; and environmental matters. He is an accredited mediator under the National Mediator Accreditaion System.

Tony O’Donoghue has a general commercial and civil practice in both the State and Federal jurisdictions, specializing in bankruptcy and administrative law, particularly Commonwealth administrative law, including migration law.

James Shaw’s practice is predominantly in building, engineering and construction disputes, and in particular those with a significant technical or engineering focus.  

Nicholas Andreou is a highly experienced Victorian barrister and mediator, who specialises in mediation and alternative dispute resolution, building and construction law, commercial law, corporations law, and defamation law.

Tony specialises in insurance, construction, professional liability and environmental law, and is a Victorian Bar Advanced Mediator. He frequently chairs Court ordered conclaves of technical experts.
