Mark practises in both private and public law.
His private law experience is wide ranging and includes substantial involvement in class action litigation, competition advice and litigation, construction and engineering arbitrations (particularly concerning PPPs), contract disputes, fraud, insolvency law, professional negligence (including acting for company directors), regulatory litigation and schemes of arrangement.
His public law experience includes constitutional advice and litigation and administrative law (both judicial and merits review). His administrative law experience includes proceedings involving environmental law, food importation standards, higher education, licensing, migration law, the National Disability Insurance Scheme, R&D tax credits, social security, the Takeovers Panel and tender processes.
