Ned Marlow-Weir practises in all areas of commercial law.
Ned's principal experience includes corporate insolvency and restructuring, banking litigation, bankruptcy, corporations and securities and contractual disputes.
Nick is an Accredited Family Law Specialist and has a Master's degree in Applied Family Law. He is a Nationally Accredited Mediator.
Sam Blashki practices in commercial and public law. He has appeared in the Federal Court, Supreme Court of Victoria, Magistrates’ Court and VCAT.
Carly accepts briefs to appear in, and advise on, matters involving all aspects of family law and related jurisdictions (including Intervention Order matters).
