Nicholas accepts briefs to appear and advise in a broad range of commercial and public law matters.

Before being called to the Victorian Bar, Andrea was a partner at Hall & Wilcox Lawyers, acting for WorkSafe Victoria and its agent insurers and employers. Prior to that she was the Senior Legal Manager, Common Law at the Transport Accident Commission.

Benjamin has a common law practice with a particular focus on personal injury including medical negligence and public liability.  He also appears regularly before the Mental Health Tribunal.

Ben was admitted to practice in 2011 and called to the Bar in 2019. Prior to being called to the Bar, he practised as a solicitor in the Insurance and Corporate Risk Group at MinterEllison. 

Kathy practises predominantly in personal injury and common law. She has extensive experience across all Victorian courts and tribunals in workers compensation, transport accident, and public liability claims. She appears in:

Since coming to the bar, Sonari has appeared for both plaintiffs and defendants in common law damages trials (judge alone and jury), serious injury applications and interlocutory hearings.  She also appears in workers' compensation statutory benefits hearings.   

With over a decade’s worth of experience in personal injury law, Geoff has practiced extensively in statutory benefits and common law claims, specialising in workers’ compensation.

Anna practices in criminal and quasi criminal matters (including white-collar crime, OH&S prosecutions, regulatory and disciplinary matters), and in common law. She has trial experience as both as junior counsel and as sole counsel.

Brendan appears regularly in personal injury matters in the Magistrates’ Court, County Court and Supreme Court of Victoria. He has extensive experience in litigation of personal injury claims, having acted for both plaintiffs and defendants.

Lachlan accepts briefs to advise and appear predominantly in common law matters, with a particular focus on personal injury, intentional torts and insurance law. He is available to appear in all metropolitan and regional courts.

Rose has a broad practice with a focus on common law, class actions, coronial inquests and public law.

Merys is a common law barrister, practicing primarily in personal injury and insurance law. She also accepts briefs in quasi-crime and administrative law matters, as well as coronial inquests.

Cal has a broad practice in public law spanning first instance and appellate matters. Cal also accepts briefs in some commercial law, common law and industrial law matters.
