Evelyn has 15 years of experience in litigation and resolving disputes.  She has a broad practice, predominantly in commercial, employment, public and common law.

Daniel Lorbeer practises in commercial law, with particular expertise in insurance litigation, building and construction disputes, commercial class actions, corporate insolvency and partnership and shareholder disputes (including oppression cases).

Kess Dovey is an experienced commercial litigator with a broad practice

Roman practices in all areas of commercial litigation, including class actions, contract, building and construction, insurance, property, consumer law, and professional liability proceedings.  He also has experience in administrative law and judicial review matters.

Nick is a qualified engineer with a practice in technology, engineering and construction disputes. He also has a broader commercial litigation practice dealing with contractual disputes, property law and interlocutory matters, such as security for costs, injunctions and privilege disputes.

Nicholas Phillpott practices in the area of Building and Construction Law. In particular, he appears in:

Chris accepts briefs in commercial, personal injuries, and administrative law.

He has litigated claims in the Magistrate’s, County and Supreme Courts and also regularly appears in tribunals including the AAT and VCAT.  

Patrick has a broad civil practice and regularly advises on and appears in matters involving real property, building and construction, wills and estates, professional negligence, insurance, insolvency and consumer law.

Naomi has a broad commercial litigation practice.

Bridget Slocum is a commercial disputes professional with a sub-specialty in insolvency. Bridget has 20 years’ experience (including as Counsel in New Zealand from 2004 and, prior to being called to the Bar, in private practice in Victoria).
 

Christie has a broad commercial practice with over a decade of experience in complex corporations and trust disputes, proceedings under the Australian Consumer Law, directors’ duties and shareholder disputes, intellectual property, corporate insolvency and insurance.

Stephanie practises in commercial law, with particular experience in corporate insolvency, banking and finance and building and construction matters.

Nic's principal areas of practice are commercial disputes and insurance law, with a focus on professional liability, class actions, corporations (including oppression and insolvency), trade practices, and complex contractual disputes concerning the development of land.
