Jonathan is an experienced criminal defence advocate who appears in all jurisdictions. He accepts briefs for criminal and regulatory matters including trials, contested hearings and appeals. He holds an Indictable Crime Certificate and is on the Victoria Legal Aid Preferred Barristers List.
Carlin practices principally in criminal and quasi-criminal matters, including professional disciplinary tribunal proceedings, regulatory matters and coronial inquests.

Tom is an experienced advocate in both summary and indictable crime. He practices in all areas of criminal law and associated jurisdictions.
Tom holds an Indictable Crime Certificate and is also on Victoria Legal Aid's Preferred Barrister List.

Colette practises primarily in public and commercial law.
Before coming to the Bar, Colette served as Associate to Justice Edelman of the High Court of Australia.
Scott is a commercial barrister with a particular focus on insolvency, banking & finance, class actions, defamation & contractual disputes.
He appears regularly at various Court levels in Victoria and interstate, both led and unled.
Chris accepts briefs to appear and advise in criminal law, migration law, family law, commercial disputes, military law and employment law. Chris holds and Indictable Crime Certificate (ICC).

Ashleigh has a broad practice in administrative and public law, including regulatory and disciplinary prosecutions, as well as criminal law.

Sean is an urban planning and environment specialist. He has 10 years’ experience in this area.

Georgia was admitted to practice in the Northern Territory in 1997, and was called to the bar in May 2005. Prior to going to the bar she worked for 4 years as a Crown Prosecutor for the NT Director of Public Prosecutions, which included initiating the DPP's practice pursuant to the (then) newly
Timothy brings twenty years of legal experience to his role as Counsel. He has worked in country, suburban and CBD firms as a solicitor, and has handled many cases requiring the highest level of expertise and compassion.
Joel has a trial and appellate practice in public and criminal law. He is currently undertaking a Master of Architecture at the University of Melbourne.
Tim accepts briefs in all areas of criminal law and quasi criminal law including inquests, tribunals and other disciplinary proceedings.
Tim also maintains a busy family law practice, appearing regularly in both parenting and property disputes as well as intervention order proceedings.
Bonnie accepts briefs to appear and advise in family law and associated matters including Children’s Court, family violence intervention orders, and victims of crime compensation.
Tahlia practices exclusively in family law, both as counsel and as a Nationally Accredited Mediator.
