Jim has over 25 years extensive experience in the Building and Construction industry predominately in Electrical and Mechanical services having worked on many major building projects, he is well equipped to advise in building related disputes and other Commercial law matters.

Louise Martin practises in public, regulatory and commercial law and employment and industrial law. She regularly appears in a range of courts and tribunals, including the Federal Court and the Victorian Supreme Court.
Eleanor signed the bar roll in October 2012, reading with Stephen Russell. Prior to coming to the bar Eleanor served her articles under Tony Hargreaves at Kenna Croxford & Co in 1999.
Brad specialises in commercial law disputes, with particular expertise in class actions, contract, insurance, construction, property, consumer law and corporations law proceedings. He also practises extensively in common law matters.
Nawaar Hassan practises in insurance, employment and industrial, superannuation and commercial law.
Insurance
Carolyn practices in commercial and administrative law, with a particular emphasis on wills and estates, property, equity and trusts claims.
Haroon is an experienced and highly effective advocate. He works collaboratively with his instructors and clients to resolve disputes.
Sarah practices primarily in insurance litigation.
Before coming to the Bar, Sarah managed the Melbourne branch of Shine Lawyers and practiced predominantly in the area of personal injury law.
Andrew has a broad commercial and equity practice at the Bar. He is regularly briefed in respect of contract, trust, property, insolvency (both personal and corporate), partnership and/or corporations law disputes.
Scott practices in commercial litigation.
Kieran Hickie has a broad commercial practice with a focus on commercial law and equity, property, trusts, corporations and insolvency, tax, banking and securities, construction and consumer protection.

John has a broad commercial practice with a particular interest in professional negligence matters. John also acts in matters involving contract law, property law (including leasing), insolvency and bankruptcy, the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and incorporated associations.
Jason Romney has returned to the Victorian Bar in 2015 after working at the forefront of new digital services.
In his previous role as Head of Technology Innovation for Telstra, he developed a wide range of consumer and business digital solutions.
Lucy accepts briefs in commercial law with a keen interest in intellectual property, consumer law and the automotive industry. She approaches briefs with a commercial mindset and a true understanding of business complexity and drivers. Lucy was recognised in Doyle’s list of Leading In
Sandra is a barrister and nationally accredited mediator with a broad commercial practice.
She accepts briefs to appear in all Victorian Courts. In addition to general commercial matters, she has specific expertise in the areas of equity, trusts, superannuation and deceased estates.
Fiona Cameron practises as a barrister, arbitrator and mediator in relation to disputes across Australia and internationally.
