Temple has a broad practice which extends across various areas of the law, including, general commercial law, debt, bankruptcy and insolvency, building and construction, civil claims and discrimination.

Megan practices in inquests, royal commissions and public inquiries, regulatory prosecutions and damages proceedings. She has a particular interest in medical and legal professional obligations and public administration.

Luisa returned to the Bar in 2019 after two and a half years at Consumer Affairs Victoria (CAV) where she occupied the roles of General Manager, Legal Services Branch and Senior Advocate.

Annette appears in all jurisdictions, including the Supreme Court, Family Court, Federal Court, Federal Circuit Court and Magistrates’ Court. She brings her strong analytical skills and extensive experience of writing, editing and training to her work as a barrister.

Dr Stern specialises in advocacy in courts and tribunals, including advising solicitors on how best to maximise their clients’ prospects of success in litigation and drawing up instruments and other documentation as instructed by solicitors to this end.  Dr Stern works in such areas of practice a

Aimee is a practical and commercial barrister.  She is focussed on solving her clients' known problems, while keeping an eye to the broader risks and opportunities for her clients.

Sarah has a broad practice, working primarily in commercial and public law.

Since coming to the bar, Sarah has been briefed by private and government clients in a range of matters including commercial disputes, merits reviews and quasi-crime.

Nawaar Hassan practises in commercial law, employment and industrial law and administrative law.  She has particular expertise in insurance and superannuation.

Prior to coming to the bar, Millicent was a Judge’s Associate at the County Court of Victoria.  

Astrid Haban-Beer has a practice incorporating criminal law and public law, across state and Federal courts. Astrid’s practice includes acting in jury and non-jury trials, royal commissions, inquiries, and coronial inquests, in criminal, regulatory and enforcement matters.

Michelle practices in Government, Public and Administrative Law, with a particular focus on proceedings involving children, health, and people with a disability or mental illness.

Karina has a successful practice encompassing common law, criminal law, coronial work and regulatory proceedings.

Sarah practices primarily in insurance litigation.

Before coming to the Bar, Sarah managed the Melbourne branch of Shine Lawyers and practiced predominantly in the area of personal injury law.
