Angela practices predominately in taxation law, acting for both taxpayers and the Commissioner of Taxation. She also practices in charity law and acts in Tax Practitioners Board matters. She is a nationally accredited mediator.

Fiona has a broad practice in public law, regulatory law, tort law, inquests and inquiries. Fiona is regularly briefed to advise and appear for private and government clients in State and Commonwealth Courts and Tribunals.

Insurance

Louise Martin practises in public, regulatory and commercial law and employment and industrial law. She regularly appears in a range of courts and tribunals, including the Federal Court and the Victorian Supreme Court.

Alexandra Folie advises and appears in a broad range of commercial disputes. Alexandra's particular expertise includes corporations and securities, banking and finance, insolvency, property, and equity and trusts.

Dr Kylie Weston-Scheuber has a broad commercial law practice, with particular experience in the areas of contractual disputes, building and construction (including Security of Payments), consumer law, insurance, property law and corporations. She also has experience in environmental law.

Sally Whiteman’s principal practice areas are commercial, employment, defamation, consumer, and regulatory law.

Natalie has been a lawyer for over 15 years, and a barrister for nine. Natalie has a background in administrative and employment law, with a more recent focus on planning and environment law.

Astrid Haban-Beer has a practice incorporating criminal law, public law and regulatory investigations.  Astrid’s practice includes appearing in jury trials, royal commissions, and coronial inquests. 

���From 2006 to 2008, Kate worked at Caroline Counsel Family Lawyers, first as an articled clerk and then as a solicitor.  Whilst at Caroline Counsel Family Lawyers, Kate practiced exclusively in all areas of Family Law.

Gemma-Jane has practised widely in the areas of public liability, workers' compensation, medical negligence and insurance law for over 15 years.

Yuliya is a Barrister, practising principally in the areas of domestic criminal law and public international law, and is currently completing her PhD in international law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
