At the bar, Aphrodite practices predominately in commercial law, equity and public law.  

Since coming to the Bar Eliza has had a broad practice in general commercial law and in criminal law.

Eliza regularly advises and appears in occupational health and safety proceedings in the Magistrates Court and County Court, in pleas, committals and jury trials.

Anna has worked in Family Law and associated jurisdictions since her admission to legal practice in 2002. Prior to being called to the Bar in 2008 Anna was a solicitor at Coote Family Lawyers in Melbourne.

Belle Lane has worked in family law since her admission to legal practice in 1994. She has worked as a barrister at the Victorian and Western Australian Bars, as a solicitor in Victoria, Western Australia and the Northern Territory.

Alex commenced her practice in Victoria at Mallesons Stephens Jacques (now King & Wood Mallesons) working on the State of Victoria’s claim against the auditors of Tricontinental and the SBV.

Phoebe specialises in public and administrative law, including government, policy and regulatory matters.  She also accepts briefs in commercial and white collar/regulatory criminal matters.

Deanna practises across criminal, regulatory and disciplinary law.

Diana practices in the areas of criminal law, administrative law, inquests and inquiries.  She particularly enjoys working at the intersection of criminal and administrative law and provides written advice across a wide range of areas, including health and licensing regulation.

Daniel practises in:

(a)    corporations law and general commercial disputes; 

(b)    common law, especially professional negligence and institutional liability; and

(c)    inquiries and judicial review proceedings.

Since being called to the bar in 2010, Katharine's practice has been primarily in common law, including WorkCover and TAC matters. She has a particular interest in cases involving psychiatric injury and intentional torts.

Helen has a broad commercial litigation practice. She has particular experience in contractual disputes, class actions, insurance and professional negligence, corporations law and trade practices matters.

Tiphanie’s practice encompasses a diverse range of matters relating to real property and the environment.  Her background in science provides specialised skills in matters involving technical expert evidence.  She regularly appears and advises in relation to restrictive covenant, easement, advers

Kelly practises in criminal law and regulatory matters. 

She has a criminal defence practice, appearing in trials in the County Court and Supreme Court.
