Jacqui has a broad practice in commercial and administrative law, in particular in regulatory enforcement, financial services law, consumer protection litigation, competition law, commissions of inquiry and class actions.
Before coming to the Bar, Jacqui was a senior lawyer in the civil regulation team at the Australian Government Solicitor, and before that an Associate to the Hon Justice Gordon AC of the High Court of Australia and a solicitor in the litigation group at Arnold Bloch Leibler.
While at AGS, Jacqui was one of the solicitors assisting the Royal Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry and represented Commonwealth entities in the High Court of Australia and Federal Court of Australia.
