Brad accepts briefs in all crime related matters, in both metropolitan and regional courts across Victoria.

The majority of his practical training and study has revolved around Criminal Law. Brad has previously assisted in dealing with, contested hearings, mention hearings, bail applications and pleas. These matters related to both summary and indictable offences.

Brad’s qualifications include Juris Doctor from RMIT University. As well as Bachelors degree of Social Science (Legal and Dispute Studies) and Advanced Diploma of Legal Studies.

Brad has experience with Victorian Legal Aid and the Neighbourhood Justice Centre. He also supported matters at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal and a Melbourne based law firm which primarily practiced in industrial relations. Brad previously enjoyed dealing with this type of matter and supported a workers union, particularly concerning their involvement in various conciliations.
