Xuelin has acted for numerous Australian and international corporations and government bodies in commercial, professional negligence, insolvency and administrative law disputes. They include class actions and contract, insurance, consumer law, shareholder, corporations law, directors' duties, construction, property, construction and land compensation disputes. Her clients have included CBA, AMP, Toyota, Myer, Bega, Murray Goulburn, Nippon Paint, Development Victoria, Head, Transport for Victoria, Racing Victoria, water authorities and insurers such as IAL, Great Lakes, Ansvar, VMIA and the LPLC. Xuelin studied at the Australian National University as a national undergraduate scholar. She was also awarded a summer research scholarship and has studied at the University of California, Berkeley. She read with Christopher Archibald QC. Her senior mentor is Peter Murdoch QC.
