Adam practises in commercial litigation, insolvency, banking, securities and bribery and corruption matters. In addition to these areas, he has a particular interest in class actions and white collar crime.
Adam has nine years’ experience as a solicitor, practising in the litigation group at Corrs Chambers Westgarth, including four years as a Senior Associate. At Corrs, Adam worked on a diverse range of matters and has a wide range of contentious and non-contentious insolvency experience. Adam has advised clients on complex commercial disputes involving corporate governance and shareholder issues, secured lending and personal property security matters.
Adam also has significant experience in fraud, bribery and corruption matters. Adam has advised clients in connection with foreign bribery investigations conducted by the Australian Federal Police and has acted for corporate clients in recovery proceedings related to employee fraud.
Adam is a member of the Australian Restructuring Insolvency and Turnaround Association and Transparency International.
