Nick has a broad commercial practice including corporations law, insolvency and equity. He also advises and appears in public law matters, professional negligence and Inquiries.
Before coming to the Bar, Nick was associate to the Honourable Chief Justice Warren AC and later to the Honourable Justice Osborn at the Supreme Court of Victoria. As an associate, Nick worked on a broad range of matters, predominantly in the Court of Appeal. Prior to this, Nick worked as a solicitor at Herbert Smith Freehills in the firm’s dispute resolution group.
Nick completed a JD at Melbourne University and in 2011 completed a BCL at the University of Oxford as a recipient of an Allan Myers Melbourne University Scholarship.
