After working for a number of years in the mining and engineering industry, Ben graduated from the Queensland University of Technology in 1993 whilst completing five years of Articles. Ben then practised as a solicitor for another 5 years before being called to the Bar in 1999 and subsequently completing a Master of Laws majoring in Commercial Law.
Ben has a broad Commercial & Equity practice. The majority of his experience and practice is in providing advice, settling pleadings, settling interlocutory documents, and representing clients in mediations and in contested proceedings involving:
