Clive Madder has both a commercial and common law practice. He practises mainly in commercial law, insurance related disputes, professional negligence, and personal injuries.
He has particular experience in marine, aviation, and road transport disputes, and is recognised in Doyle's Guide (2021) as a leading barrister in transport law in Australia.
