Anita practises predominantly in common law, personal injury and workplace relations across all jurisdictions, including the Review and Regulation List at VCAT.

Her areas of practice also extend to administrative and regulatory matters, including coronial inquests and investigations and inquiries, as well as Royal Commissions.

She works across a variety of matters with a particular focus on WorkCover, Transport Accident and Victims of Crime/Compensation Act claims as well as health practitioner regulation and disciplinary matters.

Since 2013, Anita has developed a specialty in acting for adults suffering psychiatric injury consequent upon historical abuse suffered as children in institutional settings.

Anita's disciplinary and regulatory experience was developed in her role as a Hearing Panel Member and Investigation Review Panel Member pursuant to the Health Professions Registration Act. 

Having also spent time with the Legal Services Commissioner and as Practice Court Coordinator and Deputy Prothonotary at the Supreme Court, Anita has a strong knowledge of procedural and interlocutory matters.

Anita is a member of the Common Law Bar Association.
