Mark is an experienced Commercial Litigator who signed the Bar Roll in 1999. Since then he has appeared in the Supreme, County and Magistrates' Courts as well as the Federal Court, Federal Circuit and Family Court and VCAT.
Mark conducts a general commercial practice dealing with contractual and business disputes, with a focus on:
- Property matters (especially adverse possession claims, caveat claims, proprietary estoppel claims and retail tenancy proceedings);
- Claims under the Water Act 1989;
- Insolvency (bankruptcy and corporate insolvency, including Creditor's Statutory Demands);
- Trust disputes (including Constructive Trust claims).
Electronic briefs are welcome and Mark is available to give advice or assistance at any stage of a proceeding, from drafting initial advice and pleadings through to appearance at trial.
