Suresh Senathirajah KC has a general commercial litigation practice. He predominantly practises in the Supreme and Federal Courts throughout Australia.
Since coming to the Bar in 1998, Suresh has been briefed in a wide range of commercial and regulatory matters, including contractual disputes, corporations and securities law, superannuation, bankruptcy, equity and trusts, insolvency, statutory regulation, professional discipline (legal and medical professions), professional negligence, insurance (professional indemnity and general commercial), trade practices, banking and finance, telecommunications and intellectual property.
Before coming to coming to the Bar, Suresh practised as a Solicitor at Mallesons Stephen Jaques (now King & Wood Mallesons), as part of their Commercial Disputes and Litigation Group.
