Jack practices across criminal law, regulatory proceedings, public law, inquests and inquiries. He is available to appear in all metropolitan and regional courts.

Criminal Law
Jack practices primarily in criminal law. He appears as defence counsel for both individuals and corporate entities accused of wrongdoing across all facets of criminal law.
Regulatory Proceedings
Jack welcomes briefs to appear and advise in regulatory proceedings in State and Federal jurisdictions, in both criminal and civil proceedings. He acts in matters relating to enforcement and disciplinary issues.
He has a particular interest in white-collar crime and the intersection between criminal law and competition law, with a particular focus on criminal proceedings relating to alleged anti-competitive conduct.
Public Law
Jack welcomes briefs to appear and advise in a broad array of public law matters. He acts in matters involving judicial review, merits review, constitutional law, human rights and civil liberties.
He also has an administrative law practice relating to licensing - firearms, gambling and liquor.
Inquests and Inquiries
Jack acts for interested parties in royal commissions, coronial inquests, other forms of inquiry and coercive examinations.
Background
Prior to being called to the Bar, Jack was a solicitor at Galbally & O’Bryan.
Jack previously worked at the Northern Territory Legal Aid Commission in Darwin.
He commenced his career as an associate at the County Court of Victoria, working with his Honour Judge Higham and his Honour Judge Georgiou.
