Profile:
Eugene practices predominantly in commercial law. He has a broad practice with interests in regulatory enforcement and contractual disputes. Eugene has appeared unled in the Supreme Court of Victoria, the County Court of Victoria, VCAT, the AAT and various magistrates courts.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Eugene was an associate in the Disputes and Investigations team at Allens. He also served as Associate to Justice Elliott on the Supreme Court of Victoria from 2021 to 2022.
In addition to his work at the Bar, Eugene is a lecturer at Melbourne Law School, where he instructs Juris Doctor students on the principles of contract law.
Eugene read with Daniel Bongiorno. His senior mentor was Philip Solomon QC.
