Bryn has a broad practice in public and administrative law. Bryn is an experienced advocate and appears in all jurisdictions, including VCAT, the AAT, County Court, Federal Court, and the Supreme Court of Victoria. Bryn has also appeared in the High Court.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Bryn was the Principal Solicitor at Social Security Rights Victoria. Bryn continues a significant pro bono practice in social security law.
Bryn has also previously practiced for a number of years at Victoria Legal Aid, practicing primarily in criminal law. Bryn has also lived and practiced in Alice Springs, working at the Central Australian Aboriginal Legal Aid Service (now NAAJA).
Bryn holds a Master of Laws from the University of London (with Distinction).
Bryn read with Nick Wood SC and his senior mentor is Judge John Kelly SC.
