My practice involves providing advice and appearing in courts and tribunals. I specialise in tax, commercial and corporate matters. That said, rarely are cases or issues confined to one area of law. Because of my experience, I am able to assist with a range of matters.
Emma has extensive experience as an advocate in summary and indictable crime. She practices in all areas of criminal law and appears in all jurisdictions. Emma read with Megan Tittensor and her Senior Mentor was Peter Morrissey SC.
Vince has substantial experience in commercial and public law.
Susanna comes to the Bar with extensive advocacy experience in indictable crime.
Simon has a broad practice in commercial and public law, with a focus on government private law liability, class actions, major torts and insolvency. He also has extensive experience in Royal Commissions and inquiries.
Steven is a fixture in public and regulatory law matters.
David practises primarily in commercial, regulatory and public law. Before coming to the Bar, David was an associate to the Hon Justice Hayne AC and senior associate to the Hon Justice Gordon at the High Court of Australia.
Carly’s practice involves regulatory and criminal law matters. She is particularly interested in commissions of inquiry and quasi-criminal matters including disciplinary and tribunal proceedings. Carly also accepts briefs to appear in family court proceedings.
Kestin accepts briefs to appear and advise in criminal and quasi-criminal matters.
COMMERCIAL LAW
Jonathan is an experienced criminal defence advocate who appears in all jurisdictions. He accepts briefs for criminal and regulatory matters including trials, contested hearings and appeals. He holds an Indictable Crime Certificate and is on the Victoria Legal Aid Preferred Barristers List.
Carlin practices principally in criminal and quasi-criminal matters, including professional disciplinary tribunal proceedings, regulatory matters and coronial inquests.
Felicity accepts briefs in criminal, regulatory and quasi criminal matters (including OH&S prosecutions and inquiries).

Rachel practises in public and commercial law. She also has experience in common law proceedings involving novel tort claims.

Tom is an experienced advocate in both summary and indictable crime. He practices in all areas of criminal law and associated jurisdictions.
Tom holds an Indictable Crime Certificate and is also on Victoria Legal Aid's Preferred Barrister List.
Andrew specialises in industrial relations and employment law and has represented employers in a wide range of industrial and employment matters and appears led and unled in trials, appeals and interlocutory applications. He is instructed by private sector and government clients.
Stephanie accepts briefs in all areas of criminal law, administrative law and regulatory matters.

Colette practises primarily in public and commercial law.
Before coming to the Bar, Colette served as Associate to Justice Edelman of the High Court of Australia.
Scott is a commercial barrister with a particular focus on insolvency, banking & finance, class actions, defamation & contractual disputes.
He appears regularly at various Court levels in Victoria and interstate, both led and unled.
Annie accepts briefs in public/administrative law and criminal law matters. Her defence practice principally consists of financial crime such money laundering, fraud and other dishonesty offences.
Nicholas accepts briefs to appear and advise in a broad range of commercial and public law matters.
Chris accepts briefs to appear and advise in criminal law, migration law, family law, commercial disputes, military law and employment law. Chris holds and Indictable Crime Certificate (ICC).
