Michael Pearce practises in most areas of commercial law especially contract, property, trade practices, equity and company law. He appears in appeals in all civil jurisdictions and in civil penalty proceedings, including cases for breaches of directors' duties.
Chris appears at trial in civil juries and causes, on appeal, in class actions and before Royal Commissions and Inquiries. His primary area of interest is common law.

David Edwardson KC signed the South Australian Bar Roll in 1988. He has an extensive criminal law practice encompassing corporate crime and fraud, as well as general criminal law. David is an experienced appellate court advocate appearing in all Australian jurisdictions.
Gavin Silbert KC obtained degrees in Law and Classics from the University of Western Australia before undertaking post graduate degrees at the Universities of London and Oxford. Between 1985 and 1990 he was a prosecutor for the Queen before returning to the Bar where he practised in criminal law
