Neale came to the bar with a broad commercial dispute practice of 12 years in Victoria as a solicitor, following 6 years as a solicitor-advocate in Western Australia. The last 3 years were as special counsel at Lander & Rogers.
He is an experienced negotiator and has acted for clients with limited experience of the legal system through to sophisticated corporate clients in a wide range of industries.

Since coming to the bar, Neale has appeared in a broad range of commercial, insolvency and property matters including contested hearings un-led.
Neale sits on the disciplinary tribunal of the Institute of Public Accountants. He read with Sam Hay QC and his senior mentor is Peter Murdoch QC.
