Before returning to the Bar, Calum was a Partner at Lander & Rogers, Johnson Winter & Slattery, and Norton Rose, where he practised in commercial litigation and Competition & Consumer law, including in matters both for and against the ACCC.

Sheen Panel Service (Vic) Pty Ltd v Chubb Insurance Australia Limited & Anor (Ongoing) (Federal Court) –claim against management liability policy. Case includes claims of unconscionable conduct, misleading and deceptive conduct, and false representation against insurance broker.
