- Disciplinary, criminal and quasi-criminal matters
Including civil penalty litigation, regulatory enforcement, Occupational Health & Safety prosecutions, disciplinary decision-making and appeals, public and private sector governance, clubs & associations.
Including privacy, discrimination and contract.
