Magistrates' Court of Victoria

The Governor in Council appointed as Magistrates: Stephen John Ballek on 11 September 2018 and Constantinos Nikiforos Kilias on 10 October 2018. Their Honours were sworn-in by the Chief Justice on 24 September 2018 and 18 October 2018 respectively.

The Profession will extend a Welcome to Their Honours at a ceremonial sitting in Court 1 of the Melbourne Magistrates'; Court, Ground Floor, 233 William Street Melbourne on:

All counsel who are able to do so are asked to attend. Counsel are not required to robe in the Magistrates' Court.
