Arthur signed the Bar Roll on 22 April 1965 and read with the Honourable Kenneth Joseph Jenkinson. He was a member of the Victorian Bar for 54 years.

A funeral will be held at Our Lady of Victories Church, 548 Burke Road, Camberwell on Friday, 05 April 2024 at 2:00pm.
