Retirement — The Honourable Justice Timothy Ginnane

The Honourable Justice Timothy Ginnane will retire as a judge of the Trial Division of the Supreme Court of Victoria, effective from 4 November 2023.

Justice Ginnane has been appointed as a reserve judge and is therefore able to be engaged on the basis of the needs of the court.
