RedCrest

RedCrest, the Supreme Court’s e-filling and case-management program is now being used as part of a pilot in judge-managed lists within the Commercial Court. The program can be accessed through the Court website or at www.redcrest.com.au. Filing in non-RedCrest proceedings and matters outside the scope of the pilot continues through the Principal or Commercial Court registries and on CITEC. Practitioners are encouraged to register for the program and read the instruction manual. New Redcrest forms can be downloaded online. Microsoft Word 2010 or more recent versions should be used to initiate proceedings and the Court recommends the use of Google Chrome browser.
