Obituary - Wallace Meehan

It is with deep regret that the Bar Council informs members of the recent death of Wallace Gervase Meehan. Wallace passed away on 12 September 2019 at the age of 82 years.
Wallace was admitted to practise in 1973 and was employed as a legal officer in the Crown Solicitor’s Office (now the Victorian Government Solicitor) for 15 years.
Wallace was called to the Bar in 1988, where he read with Jeremy Rapke QC. He practised as a barrister until 2004.
Sympathies are extended to Wallace’s family, friends and colleagues.
