Appointment - Julie Grainger

Ms Grainger is an Arts and Honours Law graduate of Monash University, admitted to practice in 1996. She attained Partnership in the Law Firm Slater and Gordon in 2001, working in commercial litigation, and in wills, probate and estates litigation.

She has been a full-time Member of the Victorian Civil & Administrative Tribunal for 11 years, and was previously a Sessional Member for almost 2 years. She had been Deputy Head of the VCAT Civil Claims List. Since December 2015, she has been based primarily in the Human Rights Division.
