Appointment — Felicity Hampel AM S.C.

Her Honour has been a member of the Victorian Bar for 43 years and was appointed silk in 1996. Her Honour served as a judge of the County Court of Victoria and Vice President of the Victorian Civil Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) before retiring in June 2023. She has practiced extensively across Australia in human rights, administrative and criminal law.

Her Honour was awarded Queen’s Birthday Honours in 2021 for significant service to the judiciary, to legal organisations, and to women.
