We would like to invite you to the launch of an exciting new chapter in Family Law Alternate Dispute Resolution in Victoria  -  VFLAG VicBar Family Law Arbitration Group.  VFLAG is an initiative of those Victorian Barristers who are qualified under the Family Law Regulations to conduct Arbitrations in Family Law property and spousal maintenance. It is a group whose purpose is to raise the awareness within the profession and the litigating public of the opportunities which arbitrations provide for a timely and efficient resolution of property and spousal maintenance disputes.
