Arbitration is increasingly a critical method of dispute resolution both in Australia and overseas. As delays in courts and tribunals grow, practitioners should be able to advise their clients why and how they can resolve their disputes by arbitration.

This seminar is the second in the series, giving practitioners foundational knowledge of the law and processes of arbitration. This seminar will cover topics such as the arbitration agreement, commencing an arbitration and what is involved in a stay of curial proceedings.
