Recent developments in common law personal injuries claims

Take the opportunity to hear from new silk appointees in common law, Fiona Spencer SC and Richard Stanley SC Chaired by Her Honour Judge Magee, this CPD will provide practitioners an opportunity to hear from leading common law barristers about recent developments in personal injury claims. Richard Stanley SC will speak about recent developments in jury trials, in particular in the Work Cover jurisdiction. Fiona Spencer SC will speak about recent developments in medical panel judicial reviews.
