Indigenous Justice Committee, Human Rights Committee, Criminal Bar Association  and the Children’s Court Bar Association

The minimum age of criminal responsibility is presently 10yr in Victoria. Raising the age to 14yr has been under active consideration of Attorneys-General State and Federal.

This CPD is designed to inform practitioners about the current impact of law, and the available evidence with respect to the brain development of children.
