A seminar both for those new and familiar with the child protection jurisdiction that aims to strengthen your advocacy at the crucial contested hearing stage. Whether you are briefed for the DFFH, a parent, child or the ICL, our experienced panel will discuss the key components of preparing and running a hearing in the Children's Court, including the rules, practice and procedures that apply in this specialist jurisdiction.
