In this CPD, Natalie Cameron will provide an overview of the AFCA since its establishment in November 2018 as a ‘one stop shop’ to deal with financial services complaints.
She will discuss AFCA’s role and processes, including the steps AFCA take to resolve complaints efficiently and fairly. She will highlight complaint trends and in particular she will focus on AFCA’s role in dealing with the recent increase in the amount of complaints into AFCA.
